A Bauhaus Girl type who thinks shame rarely does anything productive. I like art history, I love art, especially weird art, and I think being weird for the sake of being weird is more sacred than it appears on the surface. I enjoy writing and I do it a lot, but I'm no writer. I enjoy making and creating things but I'm really no artist either. My biggest flaw is that I don't make enough and instead consume media or play games in my free time. I also love to read, and having access to a bunch of free ebooks online has really opened up a lot for me! I'm married and it's only been a better experience each year, I've been able to grow and learn and explore the world and I haven't been doing that alone, while still getting to be my whole self. I'm in my early 30's, and I like it way more than being in my 20s or teens. I'm just so much more chilled out because I have the experience to know things are going to actually be okay, and that I'm capable of making it through. I'm american, and I'm in the midwest where it's legal to smoke my absolute favorite thing. I've been really trying my best to keep social media out of my life completely, and I'm really skeptical of newer online spaces and tech because so many people are really just trying to make money instead of make something helpful these days. I feel a lot better the less social media, and really screens in general(ebooks and word processors do not count!), takes up my time. I think that's been my guiding force to how I've been living my life. I have VERY severe ADHD and I haven't taken any meds for about 6 years now, and I'm sceptical they were ever helpful. However being unmedicated means I am constantly on alert to how I approach tasks, routines, and even leisure because what feels good in the moment may not be what's best for me, and what I crave isn't always what I need. It's becoming easier over time to really master being me. I hope you like looking around on this website and learning more about who I am and enjoying the little things I've made or done. Over time there will be more things. I have a guestbook you can sign, and I try to make commenting possible on many of the blog sections. I can't guarantee instant response but I will get back to you one of these days! Let's not make this place too fast paced when there's no need. I appreciate your time here!
